We are designed to be a destination for you, your bridesmaids and your friends & family, as you prepare to celebrate one of the most important days of your life! Check-in and walk through the red door, ready to relax and cherish every moment. Our bridal suite is layered to meet your needs as you prepare to set off to your wedding venue. With exclusive access to the entire estate, your bridesmaids and family will enjoy picking their favorite suites, with plenty of space to get ready for your big day. While relishing in the McKinney Historic District's convenience and charm, your family & friends will make memories of a lifetime.
Family and friends staying with us enjoy access to our entire first floor, library, porches, and pool. It’s a wonderful thing to see everyone together; being able to have the privacy of their own suites while enjoy the company of those they may not get to see often in our shared spaces.
Please note that reserving the entire estate (all four suites exclusively for you and your guests) requires a two night minimum stay.
Luxury Suite Accommodations:
The Elissa Suite - King Bed, Private screened-in 2nd floor balcony, dressing room, private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination & sleeps 2 guests
The Alexander Suite - Queen Bed, Twin and Twin Trundle bed, 2nd floor, private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub & shower combination, & sleeps up to 4 guests
The Magnolia Suite - Queen Bed, 2nd floor, private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination & sleeps 2 guests
The Anthony Suite - King & Twin Bed, 3rd floor, private ensuite bathroom with stand up shower, & sleeps up to 5 guests
How to book:
Rooms may be booked directly through our booking software, by clicking the reservations link below. This is the fastest way to secure your reservation. Please note, if paying with a gift card give us a call at 469-343-8471.

We do not block or hold suites. To confirm your reservation, payment is due in full at the time of the reservation and the reservation is subject to our cancelation policy.
We can issue you an estimate and give you about 48 hours to review the estimate, ask any questions, and then book. We will try and give you first right of refusal if someone else would like to book your same dates during this time, but we cannot guarantee that.
Booking the entire estate requires a two night minimum stay.

Breakfast:
We have breakfast covered! Breakfast is included for every guest staying with us the following morning at 9:30AM for most reservations. When renting the entire estate, we can customize a time other that 9:30AM if necessary. We do accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.
You may add additional guests for breakfast service for $25.00 each, with the total number of guests (including ones staying with us) at 20 people. Children under the age of 12 are $15.00. A bridal breakfast (morning of the wedding) and wedding brunch (morning after the wedding), are popular for additional guests to join.
Getting Ready:
The Neathery Estate allows getting ready for your wedding here on a case by case basis and only at the owners approval. Please confirm prior to booking by providing the details and we will confirm if getting ready here will be approved. Things we consider when approving are the number of people that will be at the estate, that any vendor onsite is insured and the general potential wear and tear on the property. All of our standard rules apply as listed on our FAQ page, including our children policy. Once approved, there is a $450.00+ fee for getting ready at The Estate which we will confirm with you and will be part of the rental cost.
