With an average occupancy of 8-10 guests, spacious suites, and plenty of space to spread-out, we are the perfect place to escape and unwind. The Neathery Estate has always held the highest cleanliness standards and we will continue to always go above and beyond for our guests comfort and safety.

Breakfast service on our 1st floor is included with our True Southern Hospitality rate. Guests may choose to book a private breakfast delivered to their suite for an additional $35.00 or you can add on the Special Occasion Package for $99 which includes private breakfast delivered to your suite (among other services/additions). These additions to your stay can be added when booking online or over the phone with our Southern Hospitality Rate.

Most of the Historic Downtown McKinney restaurants are open for dine-in and carry-out. Guests are encouraged to make reservations for dine-in, due to limits on occupancy. Guests are welcome to order carry-out/delivery and dine at The Neathery Estate in their suites, in our 1st floor conservatory, or in the gardens & patios.
