If you are hosting a wedding and/or event where guests will need hotel accommodations, many hosts choose to reserve the entire estate to accomodate a group that would like to stay together. We host many bridal parties, the brides family, the grooms family, and friends groups that are all attending the same event - everyone gets their own suite while enjoying the shared spaces and pool to socialize together. Even if you are not sure who exactly will be staying where, reserving The Neathery Estate in advance is the best way to ensure you secure the property for your guests.

We book out very quickly and far in advance.

Basic Entire Estate Pricing

*There is a two night minimum requirement when booking the entire estate*

Monday - Wednesday $1,100+ Per Night

Thursday - Sunday $1,130.00+ Per Night

Pricing is subject to increase due to seasonal demand.

Call for an exact quote for the dates you are wanting to stay.

Includes:

  • Pricing above estimates the house rate and the applicable taxes

  • Exclusive access to The Neathery Estate

  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests

  • All four suites with ensuite bathrooms

  • Full served breakfast in the morning

An additional five (5) guests can be added onto the reservation for $45.00 per guest, per night. The five additional guests can be in the following suites - two (2) additional guests can be accommodated in the Alexander Suite and three (3) additional guests can be added to The Anthony Suite. Once your reservation is complete, we will discuss and confirm where you would like your additional guests placed. Please visit the Suites Tab to learn more about our individual suites.

Booking The Entire Estate

We highly recommend booking as soon as you have your dates set.

Our calendar is now open through 2025.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation.

  • Only checked-in guests staying overnight at the estate and listed on the reservation are permitted on the property and in the estate at anytime. If you have a particular circumstance where you have a guest wanting to join, but cannot stay the night, do give us a call to discuss.

  • We do not allow parties or additional guests on site.

  • The Neathery Estate allows getting ready for your wedding here on a case by case basis and only at the owners approval. Please confirm prior to booking by providing the details and we will confirm if getting ready here will be approved. Things we consider when approving are the number of people that will be at the estate, that any vendor onsite is insured and the general potential wear and tear on the property. All of our standard rules apply as listed on our FAQ page, including our children policy. Once approved, there is a $450.00+ fee for getting ready at The Estate which we will confirm with you and will be part of the rental cost.

  • We understand that booking in advance there may be some updates/changes to who is staying with us. This is allowed up to 4 days before your check-in date.

  • All reservations are subject to our cancelation policy and other rules, listed on the FAQ section of the website.
