Glamour and Mystery.

Playful and indulgent, the “Magical Magnolia” is our burgundy-draped retreat and a perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and imagine. The queen bed is drenched in plush, sumptuous linens and surrounded by enchanting wooden antiques and shades of deep red.

The Magnolia boasts a 4k flat-screen TV and a dazzling crystal-encrusted dimmable chandelier. Lavish in your freshly renovated full bath complete with a vanity, bath and shower, and elegant antique lighting.

The Magnolia pays tribute to one of our family members' Louisiana roots, representing the state flower. You also might recognize parts of the room’s hand-painted crest and the scarlet color scheme: it finds inspiration in a certain magical boarding school and its house for the bravest and boldest.

Breakfast service will be discontinued in 2026, encouraging guests to enjoy our beautiful Historic Downtown and many wonderful breakfast and brunch spots, which are about a 10min walk or 2min drive from The Estate.

For the remainder of 2025 - Breakfast service is only offered on select Saturday and Sunday mornings, reflective in our reservation calendar. Let us know any dietary restrictions or dislikes when you make your reservation, and we will confirm those the day you check-in. Breakfast is traditionally served at 9:30AM, allowing you to ease into your morning.
