Check-In

Standard Check-in begins at 3:00PM CST.

On the day of check-in, we will send an informative welcome text message to the phone number on the reservation mid afternoon. You may contact us at anytime via text (or call) to answer any questions during your stay with us. All suites include a key to the main front door and a key to the deadbolt to their suite.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Early Check-in can be added when booking your reservation online or by calling and adding it to an existing reservation.

  • 1:00PM Early Check-in is an additional $50.00

  • 2:00PM Early Check-in is an additional $25.00

  • Early check-in is not available to be added to your reservation within 24 hours of check-in.

If you have rented the entire Estate (all four suites), you must add an additional $50.00/$25.00 per suite (depending on your check-in time selected) to check-in early at 1:00PM. We do not allow some rooms to check-in early and others to not.

Wedding’s/Honeymoon: If you need early check-in to accommodate your wedding timeline, please contact us before you make your reservation to ensure we can accommodate your scheduling needs.

LATE CHECK-IN: Late check-in can always be accommodated.

You are welcome to check-in anytime after your check-in time.

Wedding’s/Honeymoon: If you cannot check-in during standard check-in hours, we will be happy to (I) Provide the keys to a person you appoint during standard check-in hours. Due to security, we must receive a text, call, or email to confirm the first and last name of the person coming to get your keys. We cannot release keys to anyone, unless you have let us know who that is, no exceptions. (II) We will coordinate you a simple way to retrieve your keys after your ceremony, no matter how late and we make it very simple.

Check-Out

Standard Check-Out time is 11:00AM.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out can be added when booking your reservation online or by calling and adding it to an existing reservation. Late check-out is an additional $45.00 per suite - and allows late check-out at 12:00PM. Late check-out is not available to be added to your reservation within 24 hours of check-in.

If you have rented the entire Estate (all four suites), you must add an additional $45.00 per suite ($180.00 total) to check-out late at 12:00PM. We do not allow some rooms to check-out late and others to not.

Breakfast

Standard Breakfast is at 9:30AM the 1st floor conservatory.

Breakfast is a chef choice, seasonal, traditional American and/or European faire. You should allow for at about one hour for breakfast service, when dining in the conservatory.

Wedding’s/Honeymoon: If you are leaving on a flight early, please ensure you have scheduled your travel time from The Neathery Estate to the airport. You need to allow at least 1 hour for our breakfast service in the conservatory starting at 9:30AM (also if you are having breakfast delivered at 9:30AM to your suite). If this does not work for you, we can provide a to-go breakfast, designed to enjoy en-route to the airport to get your morning started for travel. Our to-go breakfast is set out late in the evening before you leave. Please let us know if you will be needing the to-go breakfast at the time of your reservation, or anytime at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in.

BREAKFAST IN YOUR SUITE: If you prefer to not dine on the 1st floor, breakfast in your suite can be added for an additional $35.00 per night. Breakfast will be delivered to your suite between 9:15 - 9:45AM.

*Please let us know at the very latest 6:00PM on the day of your reservation any allergies, dietary requirements, or dislikes that may appear on our breakfast menu. Most reasonable needs can be accommodated.
